A nice cozy hotel with excellent staff. The two front clerks whom I spoke to were fluent in English and were very friendly and professional. I made a huge mistake in my reservation, and Mr. Okamoto was very helpful and understanding in resolving my problem. He reassured me that everything is taken care of, which was confirmed by an email minutes later. I can't thank him enough! The hotel itself had numerous amenities, including a washing machine right in the room! The property is very secure with the front doors locking after 12am, which visitors then will need to be buzzed in after hours. The elevators are also card-activated, so not just anyone can go to the rooms. I highly recommend this place!

Besides the clean room and accessibility to nearby shopping and transportation, the entire experience from check in, our stay and check out were great. The room was pretty small. You had to step up to the bathroom and the washer/dryer. There's a microwave, sink, dishes and utensils in the room. The area was not very welcoming though. The taxi we had said it was not easy to get to. There's a lot of bars around in the area and a couple of restaurants. I wouldn't want to be there late at night alone. No shopping at all. Hotel had free items like brushes, toothbrushes, etc in the lobby. They had free water bottles and water. Coffee was there but not available after 5pm. We stayed at their Shibuya hotel and the location was more convenient in terms of shops and location to a subway.

Room was spacious. Love the residential home where I can cook and use the microwave. Also the washing machine was a life saver. Highly recommend and location is easy to navigate. The only down side is that house cleaning cost money. Should be included but I see why for ‘residential’ purpose.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, ease of check-in and check-out process. The place is close to ikebukuro station, making this place a very good location. The housekeeping is limited and only one thorough one during our stay, which is not an issue. The amenities were self-serve, although we did run out of tissue paper and we didn't know where to find more in the hotel. WiFi is available throughout. Coffee and other drinks were free and available, making our mornings a great start before we went our ways for shopping and sight seeing. My parent was also in the same hotel but this made it a bit tricky as they could not access the same floor without the keycard so we met in the lobby before she could use her keycard to bring me to her room and vice versa if she had something to bring us. This was great for security reasons but slightly cumbersome. Not too big of a deal! Overall, we will keep this place in mind for when we return! Thank you!

Great being so close to a Yamamoto line stop so that the rest of Tokyo was easily accessible. However be warned that there does seem to be quite a few strippers on the block. Other than that the room was nice and clean but fairly small, and the staff were super helpful and lovely.
