Tmark City Hotel Tokyo Omori
Room was very clean. Staff were very professional and courteous. Restaurant menu needs a bit more variety. Also the train station nearby had limited trains coming through so next station is a better option when travelling.

Its an airport hotel, so the main benefit is the closeness to Haneda airport and there's a shuttle to get you to the airport (but not from the airport to the hotel).
