「The room looked clean but the air conditioner did not work at all. Hotel staffs told me to turn-on and wait for 3-5 minutes for proper working condition but the unit blows hot air and bad order all together. I wanted the open the window for fresh air but bug screen was not installed. Plus, no refrigerator in the room.
The water pressure was not adequate and lukewarm. The amenities were pitiful and towels are old and worn out.
However, the location was good. I guess that people come this...

「They are so professional and with wonderful hospitality. The breakfast/meals there were great. The facilities were in very good condition. The whole hotel is very elegant and delightful. They also provide free shuttle service that saved us a lot of time and taxi expenses. Overall, it was a good decision for me to choose this hotel for our Toledo visit.」
