「The very large windows are excellent for watching the ocean. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen extremely well appointed. The gas grill is a real bonus. The gas log in the fireplace was amazing. The ice maker does not work so buy a bag of ice. There’s a keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee pot. It is quite a lot of stairs to go down to the beach. The property manager is very helpful and responds immediately. Great stay!」

「The D Sands complex is centrally located and handy for getting wherever you want to go. It's an older complex but has been nicely maintained. The unit that we stayed in appears to have been updated in recent years and while I wouldn't call it modern, it was certainly clean and nicely appointed. 「Wonderful view of the bay. Beds comfortable and lots of sleeping areas. Beautiful view from upstairs room. Great views from living room. The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable....

「The place has great views from upper floor. No heat on bottom floor except space heaters and if you run both at the same time it blows a fuse. We happened to have very cold weather in March and it snowed the weekend we visited. We had a nice time and the house has some cute qualities but could use some updates.」
