Very convenient location to subway line. Clean and daily refresh done well. Helpful staff when required extra electric outlets, iron and linen. Heating/AC issues were solved when brought to maintenance's attention. Would stay there again when in London.

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

The scrambled eggs tasted bitter, the chorizo were hard and chewy. It would be great to have coffee and water available at the lobby and a place to microwave takeout food as the restaurant is only open for breakfast..

I had no breakfast just coffee. Room clean Staff very friendly Fabulous location Lovely leafy london location Helpful in changing room because bedside lamps didn't work. And spot lights were too bright. Very helpful and friendly.
