“What an amazing view when we first walked in. It never became old but instead enjoyed all the activities of both human and animal! Met neighbor who was delightful and shared about the area. Beds comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Great history to the home and close to restaurants and Bodega shopping. ”

“The rooms were clean and spacious and very affordably price! Upon checking in clear directions were given to get to and access the room. Overall environment was very quiet and made for an enjoyable stay.”

“This is a nice place! It's a good size room, with a nice view and has some good places to eat close by. The Birds Cafe and Fishetarian are great! The only issue is the shower has no door or curtain, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. Despite that, I would stay here again. ”

“My husband and I rent places in Guernville every year for the July 4th weekend, and this was probably our favorite stay so far! The place was perfect for the two of us, we LOVED having our own private hot tub & deck, and having an extra half bath was super convenient. The place was well equipped & stocked with everything we needed, lots of towels & extra blankets/bedding, coffee & spices & snacks in the kitchen as well. The location was perfect for us, super close to Rio Nido & downtown……

“Our family of four plus a dog had a great time at this property. It’s a good size for up to four (dining, beds and seating would be hard for 5), and the location is great. We booked because dogs were allowed, but the back yard is not fully enclosed and dogs aren’t allowed on the furniture - our dog rolled with it, but it was unexpected. One of the showers was really hard to use without getting water on the floor, but the other bathroom was more kid-friendly. Also, the heater did not work, and it……

“This house does not disappoint! Gorgeous views in every direction. The pool and hot tub area is amazing with beautiful flowers and landscaping. You are literally surrounded by nature. The house itself is perfect. It has everything you need. Communication was great and if you have an issue with anything, it is resolved quickly. Absolutely recommend this house for your stay to the Sonoma area!!”
