The check in and cleaning staff were exceptional and welcoming. Unlike American hotels I've stayed at they provided instant coffee, tea and bottled water every day free of charge. The hotel could use some cosmetic updates though.

Although the hotel gets a lot of use from big tour groups it was clean and comfortable and the price was fantastic. Very helpful front desk staff, and free shuttle service into little town of Narita. The sweet bus driver gave me a big hug when I told him I used to stay at the hotel 35 years ago as a flight attendant! It was like he was an old friend. He was lovely!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle was on time and convenient, which made my travel much easier. The breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel location was peaceful with nearby shops and Aeon Mall just a short ride away. Highly recommend this place for travelers flying in or out of Narita Airport!

The property was far from town, but provided a bus to and from town and to the airport. The breakfast was a bit expensive and wasn’t worth the price. The staff were helpful and let us check in early. Our stay was ok.
