轉營前曾入住，今次夜機也先住一晚，房間真的要翻新一下，現有溫泉設施，住宿送一次入場，服務時間是13：00至21：00，如果可以第二天不趕其他行程，值得一試。 留意來往成田空港的接駁服務班次較疏，也有往東京站，成田Aeon Mall等的班次。

第二日一起身就要去機場，雖然舊左D,但住一晚可以接受，見到好多機場人員都住呢間，溝通上完全冇問題，職員態度好好。

I know this is an American managed hotel, but you are located in Japan. The bell boy stayed in our room after delivering our luggage and seek for tips. Do you know there is no tips in Japan! It is impolite to do so! Also, the mattress is Made in China, I knew it when I woke up in the morning with my back pain!

令人輕鬆愉快的渡假村
從東京市坐巴士到這裡也不用一小時, 共入住了3晚, 有兩天都選擇租用酒店的單車到外面遊覽, 包括premium outlet, 綠之馬牧場及航空科學博物館, 與酒店距離沒太遠, 感覺很不錯, 可惜的是首天單車遊遇上沙塵暴, 過程上有點辛苦, 晚上下了一場大雨, 次天的單車遊就舒服得多, 有個晚上亦有乘坐酒店巴士前往成田市, 車程不算長, 到AEON MALL也很方便, 酒店酒吧及餐廳不算貴, 但食物是有質素的, 住客進餐還有八五折呢, 至於酒店內有很多設施沒有使用過, 時間不夠

満意服務及免費shuttle bus 安排，只是唯一問題是要搭早機，7:00才開始有shuttlle
Shuttle bus 能到Aeon mall 很好行佷好吃，買了很多衣服，而且減價貨品也多，最好預大半天才能逛完

一間好酒店
酒店職員英文能力好, 能溝通，職員又主動協助及服務態度良好。可惜，交通出入要依靠酒店 shuttle bus, 否則, 不知怎樣出入。

環境安静，成田機場與酒店車程约15至20分鐘，尚可接受。在check in期間，負責送行理上房間的服務員見到我太太有咳嗽，隨即送上一杯水，是貼心的表現，值得嘉許。

A pleasant stay even I just stay a night as a stopover purpose. The hotel will write a card greeting guest which somebody may think unnecessary but that is the service.

old style of toilet
small room with old style of toilet, far away from the city ! But the staff is very helpful and provide good service! This is the worse room for me because I stayed there more than forth times, I need to consider for next visit~

難得的流暢溝通
往返機場有接駁車，而且司機很有禮貌。另外特別想讚賞的是我接觸到的員工，甚至接駁車的司機都能以流利英語跟客人溝通，避免了在都內經常出現雞同鴨講的問題，很好！ 雞蛋裡挑骨頭的是酒店設備有點舊派，沒有很多的智能設備，而且電視機有點小。

I appreciated the airport shuttle. The shuttle was full so the hotel paid for us to take a taxi to the hotel. We didn’t take advantage of the onsen because I have tattoos and am not allowed on. Our room was clean and spacious, but it was quite noisy with lots of noise coming from the above room that sounded like stomping. We didn’t ask to switch rooms because we were tired and settled. The buffet is pricey, at 29,000 yen, but it did have a wide selection. We decided to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner that took about 5 minutes. There’s not a lot around but we used it just for a nights rest before flying home to Canada.
