I know this is an American managed hotel, but you are located in Japan. The bell boy stayed in our room after delivering our luggage and seek for tips. Do you know there is no tips in Japan! It is impolite to do so!
Also, the mattress is Made in China, I knew it when I woke up in the morning with my back pain!

very quite and beautiful outlook from room window. the warm swimming pool is great for me as i m a very active person.

満意服務及免費shuttle bus 安排,只是唯一問題是要搭早機,7:00才開始有shuttlle
Shuttle bus 能到Aeon mall 很好行佷好吃,買了很多衣服,而且減價貨品也多,最好預大半天才能逛完

A pleasant stay even I just stay a night as a stopover purpose. The hotel will write a card greeting guest which somebody may think unnecessary but that is the service.

old style of toilet
small room with old style of toilet, far away from the city ! But the staff is very helpful and provide good service!
This is the worse room for me because I stayed there more than forth times, I need to consider for next visit~

I appreciated the airport shuttle. The shuttle was full so the hotel paid for us to take a taxi to the hotel. We didn’t take advantage of the onsen because I have tattoos and am not allowed on. Our room was clean and spacious, but it was quite noisy with lots of noise coming from the above room that sounded like stomping. We didn’t ask to switch rooms because we were tired and settled. The buffet is pricey, at 29,000 yen, but it did have a wide selection. We decided to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner that took about 5 minutes. There’s not a lot around but we used it just for a nights rest before flying home to Canada.

I like that there was free shuttle service to the airport but I don't like the schedule about the bus thet going to Tokyo station, the last one was taking off at 630 pm.

The staff were very kind and helpful and the buffet was delicious. Great place to stay your first or last night when you want to be close to the airport.
