We could walk around the most part of Yumebutai without getting wet when the weather was bad. Please be aware that the hotel store does not have any decent food option (i.e. quick bites like onigiri or sandwiches) and the other store, which offers fast foods in Yumebutai closes around 4 pm, so without having a car there, you have to plan your meal if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants (expensive for what they are) everyday. "

Expedia website needs to specify for certain things so there are no confusions or disappointments when you arrive at the airport being tired and trying to look for a shuttle service to the hotel. Don’t waste time looking for a shuttle service from the airport. Go and catch the train. "
