Parking was good, & clear of snow early. House keeping great. All the staff, from all the people working behind the front desk, to the handy man, house keeper's, & the owner were very pleasant & helpful. From the time i checked in till i left. I wish all of them a Happy & Prosperous New Years

Firstly, the deadbolt didn’t work, and the excuse I received was “ none of them work, you can use the chain….and besides, I’m here 24/7 so it’s ok “. That’s not OK for two women staying alone they’re not familiar with !! Shortly, after speaking to the manager about the deadbolt, I tried to go to the bathroom…. And noticed that the toilet water kept rising and rising and rising, so I had to call for him to bring a plunger.!!! Not only did he bring a plunger, but he just handed it to me like I was supposed to do the plunging !!! WHAT !??? Are you freaking kidding me….. and to top things off, the hallways were littered with stains of disgusting colors and the front door that was supposed to slide back and forth. You had to do it manually with your hand, and there was even a sign on it that said that’s what you needed to do ! Inadequate lighting in the bedroom, it was held together by electrical tape, and there was no lights above the beds ! It’s lucky to get 1 star from me ! If I didn’t have such a close by plan, I would’ve gotten a different hotel but I probably would’ve gotten charged and I was just so disgusted with everything ! I should have told Expedia !! I

We didn't mind this hotel, it was very basic but cleaner than a stay in seaside heights. The room was damp but cool. The pool and fitness area were closed, and the fire alarm went off once during the one night stay (but turned off shortly after). Hotel was small, parking was easy. They had a tiny, tiny breakfast area but we did not check it out. Staff were fine. Id rather stay 8 minutes from the boardwalk for this price then double in the boardwalk for a dirtier room.

The fact that I booked them called to verify what time check in was and that all paid I did not need to bring anything else money use and the front desk gentleman said yes all paid thru Expedia and you just need to pick up keys at desk and bring license then when I got there was told I need 150 CASH

Poor service

No continental breakfast, pool was being repaired. Vending machines were no stocked. When checking out. Desk clerk said only the manager can check me out. I was leaving. No time to wait for my receipt. Still have no idea what my charges are.
