“Yea chose the biggest room for my family staying. But the photos in the web is so different from real! So dirty and bad. Well..at least the toilet is acceptable. Long staircase and no way to lift up to the room at all! ”

“Staffs were kind and helpful during the check-in, stay and check-out process. The environment of the apartment was good, clean, enough kitchen facilities except without Chopping board. The apartment also good for staying, there has place for reading, small cinema for relaxing, gym room, etc. Bus stop around 5 minutes walk, underground around 7 minutes walk and samll but enoughI t's supermarket nearby, however, if you come by self-driving, you need to reserve car parking by car reservation apps……

“Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. “Two days prior to our arrival the company contacted us demanding a substantial damage deposit to be paid by direct deposit to their bank account or our already paid for booking would be cancelled. We had paid for the booking by credit card but they would not accept it for the damage deposit. We thought this seemed a bit sketchy but had no choice but to acquiesce to their demand. They promised to return the funds within 15 days of our departure. After two months of delays and even a few emails……

“Room is good. With small kitchen. Providing effortable self laundry facilities definitely a plus point. However the location may not be convenience for tourist. It normally needs to take 35-40 mins to famous places. Compare to the price and facilities I will still recommend this to budget constraint travellers”

“We stay a family of 3 for 4 nights beginning of Jan 2020. Having read mixed feedbacks when looking at closest transportation I got worried. But in the end, apart from not having always 100% clear answers to my questions to the employees, our stay there was excellent. We had a brand new small flat. Everything working perfectly. I was worried of 1 tea spoon missing from start and the listing of prices to pay for damaged items and the deposit given during checking ^^We never know what could……

“Spent a week at the Canary Wharf Apartments. Low key area for relaxing with convenient dinning and pub options, and easy walk to larger Canary Wharf action. Steps away from LDR with easy commute into city. Clean, updated and well-equipped living space and good communication with owners. Would stay again.”
