The housekeeping service would only be done once you book for a week or stay for seven nights at least, and you can ask the staffs to have your towels changed everyday.

Room is good. With small kitchen. Providing effortable self laundry facilities definitely a plus point. However the location may not be convenience for tourist. It normally needs to take 35-40 mins to famous places. Compare to the price and facilities I will still recommend this to budget constraint travellers

A clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel.

Nice service and near metro/supermarket. Although the room we stayed is a little small for two persons, it has all the equipments we needed, including a nice kitchen. Worthy of a short-term staying.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for a week and it was nice to come back "home" after a long day exploring London. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were are all very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right next to the DLR which takes you right into the heart of London in just 15-20 minutes. The neighbourhood was lovely, colourful and vibrant. The coop grocery store next door is very convenient too. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Algo justo de espacio habitable

Algo justo de espacio habitable. El frigorífico no enfriaba demasiado. La ducha, regular. El personal, muy amable. En cuanto a la zona, algo alejada y poco bonita, si bien tenía muy buenas comunicaciones tanto por autobús como por overground.

This was just what I was looking for--a great long-stay option with a kitchen and good transportation options close by. The kitchenette had a sink, fridge, microwave, cooktop, and a dishwasher. And there was air con, which was much-needed since June 2022 was brutally hot and A/C in London is hard to come by. There are also laundry facilities on site (in the main bldg) which was helpful. It is located right next to Deptford Bridge DLR station (and close to Deptford and New Cross Train stations) and there was a bus stop that was right out front that allowed me to get to central London easily. There are a number of small grocery stores close by too (Co-Op, Tesco Express, Asda), but large supermarkets are pretty close via the bus, and there are a lots of shops just a couple of DLR stops away at Greenwich or Canary Wharf (also a lot of restaurants). I felt really safe and it was very quiet, even though it was close to a busy road and to a light rail station. The staff was friendly and helpful; I mostly wanted to be left to my own devices, and they respected that. When I needed something, they provided it. The only slightly annoying thing was that the primary way to interact is via a Whatsapp group, and I am not a smart phone user (yes, there are still a few of us). For most people, I imagine this would not be a problem (and it wasn't much of an issue for me either). I would definitely stay again. It was exactly what I needed when I needed it.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND STAY!!!!!!

My husband an I are avid travelers but 1st visit to London! What can I say..the staff was AMAZING and VERY accommodating! Always available to assist with any questions and had a great since of humor ..Adele!! Location was EXCELLENT and centrally located. Bus/train/groceries/diverse great priced restaurants right outside the door. Our Oyster card took us EVERYWHERE!! So glad I chose this StayCity location and can't wait to come back. (Friendly relaxed local bar AJAA with daily radio DJs) Same place next year!!
