The front office staff was very accommodating and very helpful and everything that I needed. The restaurant it's an a+ in the chef and the pastry chef works extremely helpful. Super helpful reception, pool, super central with pick up for diving, and above all phantastic warm breakfast buffet, at least 7 daily changing dishes, fresh coffee with fresh milk a rarity in Indonesia, waffles donuts etc for the sweet tooth and super fresh papaya, pineapple, mango and water melon juices and their fruit!”

“早餐很豐富，但是有些團客的客人會大聲喧嘩、浪費食物，建議八點過後再去享受早餐，才不會遇到他們。 飯店離海邊走路約15分鐘，附近有超市，採購用品很方便。 我住三樓的時候晚上很安靜，但無景觀。換到九樓，窗外景觀好，可是晚上會聽到窗外的車聲，隔壁說話聲音很大，一直到半夜一點多才停止。”

“The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant……
