Adorable townhouse with allergen-free wood floors throughout. single car garage to keep your vehicle & belongings in with automatic opener and large fenced backyard to keep pets safe.

Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a queen bed and a twin bed. Sofa sleeper in livingroom with new Queen mattress and memory foam topper.

Kitchen is fully stocked! Includes convection stove, microwave, built-in dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Laundry has full size washer and dryer.

Enjoy quiet time or entertain guests while grilling under the private back yard gazebo. Play video games with the provided game console or listen to music with our provided Bluetooth speaker or boom box.

Nice neighborhood with lots of sidewalks, close to the turnpike, walking distance to Lawrence Memorial Hospital, also close to downtown and Kansas University.

Great location very convenient to going back and forth to KU. Kitchen well equipped and high speed internet was pefect for working remotely. Townhome was just as advertised in the listing. Nice to have a small private backyard area to hang out in. Property manager very proactive with the communication.

Another Great Property
This is the second property I've stayed at offered by these owners and it's great! Very clean with loads of extras. If you forgot to pack something, most likely it's stocked here! The kitchen is well equipped to make meal times a breeze. The covered patio in the backyard is a wonderful place for an evening cocktail. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks for your outstanding hospitality!
