“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?".
The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise.
The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay.

“Its a nice place to stay if you're working long term or on vacation. The staff are really nice and very accommodating, checked in and that night the elevator went down, i was on the 4th floor. They call the repair guy, he came fixed it, it went down again. “Very little interest in guest service, a lot of interest in nickel and diming their guests.
When you pull under the entry canopy, you can see the bellman standing inside at his desk. But he does not bother to even glance your way until after you unload 3 heavy suitcases and drag them thru the sliding glass doors to the front desk.
For this treatment, we were charged in addition to the room rate, a $30 "Resort Fee" AND $15 nightly parking fee..
A suburban "resort" with acres of parking, but……
