"I recently stayed here and the staff was not very friendly. This is not the first time I have stayed here but it just might be the last. I paid a good amount of money staying here and really the worst part was the pool. The pool rules are pretty insane as it is but what’s worse is the staffs consistency on following them. My family and I went to the pool one evening and had no issues with bringing in my water bottle but the next morning I was not allowed to because they told me the day before someone ruined it for everyone. (Not really my problem but I guess) so I was directed to talk to security as I have type 1 diabetes and in 100 degree weather need water just like everyone else does. They were not giving complimentary water at the time so I had to talk to multiple manager before I was permitted to bring in a water bottle. The issue was one night I was okay to bring it in and the next morning I was not aloud too. I think they pick and choose to much on who can and can’t do things inside. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to stay here anymore. Especially if you actually needed any kind of medical help or an accommodation that’s not illegal or "

"The staff was amazing unfortunately it’s obvious the property owner has no intentions or love for the property. The exterior is surrounded by trash and overgrown bushes. When we arrive to our room, our door was wide open. Air conditioner was not on. There were still trash next to the bed and under the beds. The ceiling is covered in spiderwebs and thousands and thousands of dead bugs. I have pictures with documentation the floor appeared to have old vomit stains on it. The phone that’s in the room was not even plugged in was unable to use even if I needed to the balcony has a beautiful view unfortunately, our balcony still had empty beer boxes on it from the previous guest. When I spoke with the front desk in regards to a possible refund, they told me I could not unfortunately we do not stay in the room. We lost out on the hundred dollars and stayed at our friends place because I was afraid of what live lives in the room."

"Pool and pool area were clean and comfortable. Room was clean. Bedding and pillows could be softer and more comfortable. Air conditioner is loud. Prefer room that have wall mounted a/c units that are not blowing directly at the bed and unable to adjust airflow directions. Refrigerator worked great and amenities were good. Staff was friendly always greeting us. "

"Property is being renovated and was generally clean otherwise, rowdy crowd was there that was loud until late, do not recommend a room near the pool. "
