「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「We come to Wrightsville every New Year's for the Wrightsville Polar Plunge at the Crystal Pier. Surf Suites is the perfect location to stay because it is right where the action is! This year, our adult daughters were able to stay with us & got the room right next door, making it convenient to come & go between rooms. We will continue to come back every year as long as we are able! We love the all oceanfront rooms experience & the kind staff.」

「Room was great. We had lived in Wilmington and fire pits.area for 28 years and never realized there was a place like ARRIVE in downtown area. It was like a mini resort with the outside area and fire pits. 」

「This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. 」

「The hotel is beautiful. Nice and quiet. The only downfall was the sheets wasn't changed on thr bed prior to arrival. There were hairs on the bed. Otherwise than that, the hotel is very nice. I would definitely stay there again.」
