“I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. I am disappointed though that they charged me 50 for an early check that was only two hours prior to the regular check in time. This is the “off-season” and there was no need for them to schedule any quick turn around with their cleaning service to accommodate my request. A bit of a money grab if you ask me. “We loved our stay at the Cove in #28 Balance!! The upstairs view of the marina area was wonderful, especially during sunset and at night with all the lights! We also enjoyed how convenient it was to use the golf cart transportation to and from the parking garage. All the staff was friendly and helped us with everything! The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials! We will be back! ”
