“Very comfortable large 2 bedrooms apartment. The outside of building is not that nice, and it is on an avenue, but the inside is perfect. 10 minutes walk to beach and restaurants.”

“Property is centrally located in the town of Marino with train access to Rome Termini. Train station is a 10 min walk to the apartment, but there is also a small bus that waits at the train station when the train from Rome arrives. Our family was delighted with the apartment and the local culture and people. Special mention to our host, most gracious and attentive. We will return! Thank you!”

“We had just spent two wonderful weeks in different parts of Italy and wanted to stay somewhere close to the Rome airport before our departure. We picked this spot due to closeness to the sea and it did not disappoint! We were extremely impressed by the kindness and support we received from our host. “My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Loretta‘s apartment. It was very spacious and we loved the terrace. The location was good about a 10 minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to an area where there are lots of restaurants and bars. That’s fine for us because we enjoy walking around The area where we are staying at. My only recommendation would be to PLEASE get a new mattress for the main bedroom. We could actually feel the springs and it was very uncomfortable for both our backs. ……

“Seconda volta che veniamo, la struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono ben fatti. La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world). Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. Comunque se capiteremo in zona ci torneremo senz'altro. Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale sempre gentilissimo ”

“Lovely property close to the sea and lots of restaurants. Quirky in that the accomodations is split by an interior bridge/terrace. The terrace while covered was far from dry. A storm blew in and it was an interesting(wet) walk to the side with the shower. I hope to return soon. ”
