「Lovely little B&B . Not the biggest of rooms, and not the most modern, but spotlessly clean and comfortable . Owners are so friendly and immediately make you feel welcome . Lovely breakfast , with plenty of choice ....and to top it off, two sociable cats add a real homely feel. Will definitely be back !!」

「The accommodation was to a high standard, and in a good location. It is ten minutes from the train station, and less than five minutes from the beach. Breakfast was prepared individually, (unlike a hotel). The owner was very helpful.」

「On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id...

「Great location; 5 min walk from the Torquay train station and 10 min walk to the waterfront. Clean, well-maintained and charming room and facilities. Good-sized bathroom with excellent amenities. Cute bar, lounge, and reading room. Nice bit of garden in the front to sit and read or bask in the sun. Excellent breakfast. Above all, charming and lovely hosts Wendy and Steve (Thank you ever so much). We will be coming back for sure.」

「The location of the property is close to the town, railway station and sea front, so very convenient. The property is up a small hill, so may not be suitable for all. The room was very clean and nicely decorated and being on the second floor had a good sea view. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.」
