    This three bed, two bath home is perched on the edge of the coastline, this charming Newfoundland home offers the perfect blend of privacy, nature, and convenience. Wake up to ocean views, spend your days exploring the rugged beauty of the East Coast Trail, and unwind in the evening to the sound of a babbling brook that borders the property.

    Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting space with beautiful pine interiors, curated artwork, and thoughtful touches throughout. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather for family meals, while the spacious layout offers flexibility for couples, families, or small groups.

    Step outside to enjoy the sun-filled, south-facing deck that runs the full length of the home—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening BBQs. The private yard offers space to relax, entertain, or sit by the fire under the stars.

Our multi–generational family had a fantastic 5 nights at Tonia’s beautiful home. If you are looking for a quiet cozy sanctuary with easy access to stunning natural landscapes, walking trails and all of the many attractions of St. John’s, you will enjoy this gem. We all slept well, had plenty of space to settle in comfortably, and enjoyed the many thoughtful touches in every room. Tonia clearly put a lot of care into creating a truly relaxing vacation experience for her guests. We are so glad we visited! Thank you, Tonia.

What a lovely place to stay! We enjoyed every minute. Thank you Tonia for sharing your home, wish we could stay longer. The Torbakery nearby is a must visit! Lots of space for all of us, very comfy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again for a family trip with easy access to downtown, the water, and the airport.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay - can't recommend this place enough! The hosts are exceptionally kind and have clearly put a lot of thought and care into making the property beautiful and welcoming, and the home has every amenity you could want. Communication and check-in were easy. The location is also superb - we were traveling without a vehicle and easily walked to the nearby grocery store, several great restaurants, the East Coast Trail, and the beach. For longer trips it was no trouble getting an Uber. In the evenings we enjoyed the beautiful, large deck and peaceful surroundings. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely loved this place . Very much enjoyed having coffee out on the deck in the mornings listening to the birds chirping and the little creek flowing ! Had all the amenities, and very very clean place ! Will be back :)
