「We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven...

「The property is a lovely little apartment, absolutely perfect for staying in Rovaniemi. The property is a ~45min walk from downtown and ~20min from the train station, so it worked well for visits to town and arriving/departing via train. While I didn’t use the kitchen, they do provide an oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and a few other appliances. I also enjoyed on of the restaurants that was recommended by the hosts. 」
