「The place was overall great. Very clean, quiet, bed was comfortable enough, and AC worked well. However they do not provide designated hand soap, just conditioner, shampoo, body gel, lotion and towels. The AC only goes down to 20C, so it might struggle in the summer to make the room comfortable. As well some airvents blow directly at the head of the bed, making it very drying. There is NO ICE MACHINE or fridge at all. I think this property could really benefit by providing ice for guests.」

「The rooms were absolutely spotless and very well stocked, with toiletries, decent stuff for eating/cooking, and having laundry was amazing. The best part was for sure the staff, they were super helpful, responsive, always smiling and friendly. They were so kind to my kids every time we came and went. The building is still under construction, so there were disruptions with alarm testing and a bit noisy with drilling during the day, but this is expected with a very new listing. Would definitely...

「This isn’t a hotel. It’s a property management company pretending to be a hotel - they rent out various condo units in the city at different addresses. You are not allowed to call security at the condo buildings if you have safety concerns during your stay.」

「Very hard to get check in information and when you arrive there is no clear instruction. They ask you to pay a $500 deposit when you check in. They dont have all the information either. The place in nice but all the furniture and curtains are super cheap so it feels like its falling apart. I would understand this if this booking was in Airbnb but not Expedia....」
