One Old Mill is located within a quiet and refined neighbourhood in Toronto and surrounded by Tudor architecture and centuries-old trees.

Shopping, boutiques and cafes are nearby with The Kingsway and Bloor West Village. Access the rest of Toronto with a few minutes walk to the Jane Station subway station. You’ll also be within 15 minutes east are some of the main attractions in downtown Toronto, such as the CN Tower, Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena. Just 15 minutes to the west, lies Pearson International Airport.

Nature spots including Humber River and High Park are nearby. Etienne Brule Park is only a short walk away, with paved trails ideal for jogging and cycling in the summer and snow-laden forests perfect for cross-country skiing in the winter.
