I stayed at this place a month. Traveling for work and needed a temporary place. Terry is an extremely anxious and overbearing person to deal with. Everything was taking out of proportion. Apartment is not as advertised. It was clean but furniture was old and worn out. They were saving on heat. The basement apartment was cold. They controlled the thermostat. I was at home only in the evening and that was enough to freeze. In the end, 8 days after I moved out she sent me pictures of her old cheap desk that was already chipped as something I did and had to reimburse her for it. I took a photo of that desk on the morning I moved in. She also tried to pass into me some minor scratches on top of her washer machine, lol, I used a few times during my stay. Do yourself a favor, find a better apartment and a better host that is not going to try to extort additional money from you. Shameless. With all the Christmas and good bye gifts from me she ended up harassing me for more money. If you will rent her place, take photos of everything, even tiny lines on walls or about anywhere. What a petty person.
