Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed. I guess the staff should ensure apartment is in good condition before renting it out to ensure a higher rating.

Our stay at RivetStays, The Atmos was good overall. We were in the east building on the 5th floor with access to the pool, which had an amazing view of the CN Tower and Skydome, although it was quite busy in August. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, and the pull-out sofa bed was stained and uncomfortable for sleeping. Check-in was also more difficult than expected. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made it a solid stay.

What a disappointment. I realize that location. Is a lot but must it be EVERYTHING ? The cleanliness of Rivetstay the atmos was questionable, once you can barely see out the windows because of grime you’ve got to wonder if any energy was used to clean anything else . Also there was a surprise box of “toys” found by our 13 year old. Beds lumpy. Poorly understood responsibilities or directions for property use. I’m really not that hard to please but I do like to feel that my money was well spent. I do not recommend.

Nice property. The communication was awful. They don’t explain the process to you. The check in people very rude. They don’t tell you there is no parking. Paid to park next door $50 a night.

We booked this hotel as our gateway to a 3 week vacation in Canada. But last minute the day before flying CanadaAir went on strike. We had no intention of cancelling and up to the last minute trying hard to find another flight but to no avail. We explained this to the Hotel and even Expedia contacted the establishment to get a refund or a credit for us but they declined it. Will not book this hotel again for lack of consideration.

We had to cancel last minute due to airline strike. Other properties for our vacation gave refund even though it was past refund date or even though they were non refundable because they recognized it was a very special circumstance. Rivet refused and said we needed to contact Expedia. We did and Expedia contacted Rivet and they still refused any type of refund.

The guy on the front desk was not helping me. He just gave me the keys and didn’t explain to me what to do. I asked him questions about the parking and other stuff but he walked away and then I went to lady there to help me. He was rude. This was at the first moment and my family was in the car. I don’t know how to get to the parking. When I went to the room, the door had some issues, it was difficult to open and close. And I was surprised when they told me that I have to pay for the parking, I made the reservation as the parking is included. But on the other hand, the property was okay.

The location was perfect and the size of the condo was perfect for 2 people, the communication from the host was quick and when the tv didn't work they were onsite quickly. The coffee was provided and when it ran low they replaced it immediately. Will stay here again.

The listing on Expedia was not too clear. This is not a hotel and there is no room service. The building is dated and is not very well maintained. The apt is good size and has most of what one needs. Clean. The kitchen is modern with red glass back splash but no electric outlets around the counter. So we had to use the floor outlets of the room for coffee maker, electric kettle and the toaster. Very strange. The apt is also missing a long mirror.

The layout of the junior apartment was definitely different from the photos on Expedia but it was fine for our needs even if it was a little small. There was also some kind of paint (or cleaner?) smell when we first came in. It either went away after a couple hours or we got used to it. The doors were very loud and squeaky too. The glass doors didn’t even close all the way, including the shower door. That said, the bed and pillows were very comfy. TV was nice. Air conditioning was great. There was a copy of the Holy Bible for some reason but it was interesting to see. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby and even a 24 hour convenience/grocery store a block away. The view of CN Tower right outside our window was good too.
