Definitely liked the location, everything was so walkable and Ubers were cheap to places in downtown. Super close to the CN tower, Scotiabank & Rogers Centre. The rooms were clean, I’d say some of the apartment appliances were a bit outdated. I was a bit sussed out as I had to send my security deposit the day of our reservation via Zelle rather than it being out of my card that was already given on file through their pre-check in website. I’m still waiting to receive my deposit back from after my stay. The pre-checkin I also had added a late check out, which I was then told on the night prior to me leaving which wasn’t available. I was able to extend my stay instead since my flight had gotten delayed, thank gosh. All in all I’d probably stay here again.

The location was truly the best thing about this stay. The apartment was dirty, the walls in the entrance and on the stairwell was filthy. The rug on the stairwell was dirty and the baseboards looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while. The fridge smelled of sour milk. The clean towels smelled sour, not dried properly. I didn't want to dry myself. was disgusting!! The first sight of the place looked pretty good in the evening, the following day, then you noticed this uncleanliness! If this is a B & B, where was the coffee pot? You usually offer coffee, tea, sugar & cream to your guests, there was nothing here. Even the patio outside, had weeds growing up all over. Not maintained very well. Will never stay at a BNB again, hotels are the way to go if your want these items as part of your stay.

The property we stayed in was NOT the property that was advertised, nor paid for! We specifically chose the location of the property advertised on Expedia because of its very close proximity to Rogers Centre. The morning of our flight I was notified that I had to resubmit the security deposit I put on my credit card because of a technical issue. It was, at least, reversed on card. However I had to etransfer security deposit. 4 days after checking out, and a few emails to them, I did receive deposit back, less $10. When I received the welcome email the day of our flight, we were staying in a property much farther away. There needs to be a better way of knowing exactly which building you are staying in when booking in Expedia with Waterfront Majesty Enclave. Also, even though the suite was nice, there were no curtains on the glass sliding bedroom walls. That definitely needs to be addressed by owners, as there was no privacy for that bedroom. As we were flying to Toronto for a World Series game, and other accommodations would have been very difficult to find & very expensive short notice, we kept this booking. But it was definitely false advertising that we were not staying at the closer location. I would not book again if property was owned by Waterfront Majesty Enclave because of the short notice given to the actual location they are sticking you in.

Stayed in the penthouse. Awesome place. However, no AC. It was not working so got very hot in the unit. No fan to help. Didn't like that there was no one there to show us in. We buzzed the buzzer for 45 minutes trying to get into the building and no answer, went straight to voicemail. Called someone who had to call someone else.. then had to wait another 10 minutes. Not happy with communication part. Otherwise the unit was great. Only used it for sleeping pretty much and was nice we were able to walk to Roger's center and scotiabank center which is why we came to Toronto.

Paid for early checkin, didn't happen, couldn't park the vehicle until checkin. Poorly managed, had a make-shift wall for the “second bedroom” signs saying short term guest cant use amenities.

This property was not as stated. It was advertised as a "penthouse" it was a 1 bedroom with a drywall board across the dining room to make another "bedroom". ! bathroom, not 2, and the lights were blown out (bulbs) . The deck was rotted, chairs were rusty, the parking spot I paid for wan't available. It was awful. Never go here again

AC not working. Old apartment - not at all like in the pictures. Key didn't work properly. No Communication - contacted number provided for assistance and emailed - neither option responded. Unsafe because we had to leave door opened to air conditioned hallway because it was 28 / 29 degrees C in the apartment. No way was this place like the pictures or worth the money we paid for 2 nights in August 2025. First time booking with and will not book again!

Its so bad house when I rented the house they changed the address and room and sent me the address before I rented but when we finished everything and took everything they wanted I got another address from them. They do not get along well with people and cannot communicate even they don't have good service. The house was very bad and unclean.

The condition of the condo is poor (broken towel racks, warped, unfinished drywall, lack of basic utensils) and cleaning was basic. The day we were to arrive we were asked to etransfer our deposit to the owner. We were suspicious and contacted Expedia who said they would check into it and then never got back to us. It was eventually figured out but we didn’t get into the rental until 1.5 hours after check in and it caused a lot of stress.

This property was disgusting. Beds unmade, fresh garbage in trash, pet and human hair all over the floor, dirty laundry still in washing machine. Upon entering the room I took pictures right away and reached out to owner. It took a hour for a response and only after I phoned them. by this time I had found other accommodation as it was 6:30 pm already. The owner said someone could meet me and when I said I would like a refund they denied me that and said they offered to have someone clean it and that their cleaning staff said the unit was cleaned prior to my arrival. If that was the case I feel that someone else other than me had access to this unit in the mean time. SAFETY was a major concern. A customer should not have to wait to have the room cleaned. Unacceptable do not stay here the owner is refusing to refund me! Horrible business

After the Expedia booking, which was supposed to be the total cost of the booking. The company managing this bnb asked for us to scan and upload id, credit card, and enter a credit card for the deposit. Well on the day of the check in when i was about to get on my flight, all of a sudden they needed a bank transfer for the deposit and they said they would keep part of the deposit as a processing fee. I then had to zelle the money and have yet to get my security deposit back. They are quick to give you many reasons why they will cancel your booking without a refund. Also, the place was old, the bathroom door did not have a lock, kept getting stuck, and even popped out of the door, leaving me inside.

PRO: Convenient downtown location. Walking distance to nearby shopping, grocery stores, Rogers Centre, attractions and waterfront. CONS: 1. Processing security deposit and not releasing detailed check-in information until just prior to arrival (same day). 2. Access to parking space in garage was with a key fob. However, the key fob wasn’t activating the parking garage; company didn’t fix despite multiple calls and appointment. We ended up paying for a public parking garage during our stay. 3. Service people entered apartment for dryer vent cleaning during our stay without prior notice from the management. 4. Unit management does not respond to questions and we were not allowed to contact concierge or risk losing cancellation of booking, which was nonrefundable. 5. Condition is not luxury accommodations as advertised: (a) 4th bedroom had an incomplete and shoddily-constructed wall with thin sheets of melamine and exposed 2x4s. Also the wall does not go to the ceiling, (b) door hinge on master bedroom door is not attached to door frame, (c) outside patio is not well-maintained due to tall weeds growing, (d) shower rod held in place with waded up paper towel. 6. No spoons provided.

Overall rooms are fine it was relatively clean but in need of upgrades. The location is so ideal I wish that they were able to put more time and thought into the rooms and ammeities as there was a lack of kitchen supplies.

Absolute Appalling! Avoid this place at all costs

Booked this apartment-style rental the evening before planned arrival. I paid in full through hotels.com like usually. Everything seemed fine… until the next morning. There I received an email demanding a photo of my government-issued ID and a photo of my credit card and a bank wire transfer of an exuberant amount as a damage deposit. No reputable hotel or short-term rental would ever demand a wire transfer for a deposit, especially not without prior warning or visibility on the booking site. Wire transfers are non-refundable, unprotected, and impossible to reverse. There’s no fraud protection like with a credit card hold, and of course, the money would never have arrived in time anyway. When I declined to wire the deposit, they refused to grant me access to the room. They also refused to issue a refund, hiding behind internal “policies” that are not visible or disclosed on Hotels.com at the time of booking. I later read reviews from other travelers stating that they hadn't received their deposit back, even weeks later. I was forced to book a room in a different hotel last minute. The whole experience feels like a predatory trap designed to exploit unsuspecting guests. It flirts with the line of outright fraud without technically crossing it, and it’s disgraceful that this is even allowed on a major platform. Do not book here unless you enjoy sending your most sensitive data via unsecured and being extorted.
