“Going on holiday but feeling at home. Greeted with such a warm welcome from lisa lots of smiles. The room was so beautiul, massive bed and super comfortable. The room was very clean and well presented. Bathroom had big shower and again very well presented with complimentary body wash and shampoo. Breakfast was very nice, service quick and friendly. Maybe an option of veggie breakfast would be only minor thing to add but was very well looked after with options. ”

“Lovely welcoming hosts. The Torcroft is a very charming character property. Our rooms were not big, however they were tastefully decorated and had everything you need. Excellent breakfast. I would stay again if we were again in Torbay. ”

“Kelly was a wonderful host who clearly takes so much pride in her property. The room I had was comfortable with a great shower. I had the window open overnight due to the heatwave but it was lovelt and quiet all night. Would definitely visit again!”

“The installations were more like a big house rather than a hotel but the stuff was absolutely amazing. They really took care of the details. The breakfast was done at the moment we were sitting, homemade and delicious. Such a nice place really recommended.”

“A very welcoming place and Debbie went out of her way to help me check-in early. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and it was in a really convenient location. The bed was very comfortable and the homemade cakes just topped everything off!! Would highly recommend and when we next travel to Torquay to visit family, we will definitely be staying again. Thanks Debbie!!”

“The hosts, Nick & Chen, were amiable but not intrusive. The room was nicely appointed & the breakfast was superb. Torquay is a typical British seaside town, nice but somewhat faded, but the surrounding countryside (inc Dartmoor) is stunning”

“We enjoyed our stay at Astor house. The apartment has amazing views and the beach and pier are close by. The apartment is equipped with everything you need if you require to cook. If not there are lots of places around the area to eat. Only downside is parking by the apartment as it is limited ”
