The Grand Hotel

"Hotel is indeed grand, public areas are beautiful, pool is great and the balcony in our room was a nice surprise, views fabulous. However cleanliness was a issue, our room seemed ok at first but really in need of a deep cleanse, skirting boards thick dirt same on the balcony, rooms also tired, public areas should be cleaned daily, BUT overall, a beautiful place to stay,"

"The cleaner was very pleasant and helpful. On the first morning she adjusted the shower unit so that the water wasn't dangerously hot. Toilet roll was not replaced one day. The bed was well made. Some dust left on the table and TV screen."

"Carpet s could do with deep cleaning,I had trouble having a bulging disk been on top floor parking when fully booked was a nightmare, could do with small extension for fan as can’t get it close to you, but everything said I had a lovely time definitely will be coming again, loved the pool will be back definitely"
