“Place is new so its in good shape but the spa area and stores were still under construction. You also cant use the bridge to get to the beach. There are also beggars surrounding the area, wo safety is a huge concern. If you are a non-white person be prepared for the staff to give you awkward looks and constantly harass you to give your room number or room card anytime you go to the pool or breakfast. Theyll also try and argue with you that breakfast is not included in your booking despite……

“The view from Belvedere is breathtaking, but the property is extremely far from the harbour and involves a long, tiring trek with countless stairs. The room, although described as a suite, is very basic and more in line with a 3-star standard at best. The staff did try to help, but their capacity was limited. The receptionist was unable to assist with luggage despite the many stairs; fortunately, our driver helped us. She also recommended a restaurant on arrival which turned out to be dreadful —……

“Sauberes Hotel, Aussicht leider auf Bauruinen. Sehr netter Security Mitarbeiter, die restlichen Mitarbeiter leider wenig hilfsbereit. Abends keine Möglichkeit im Ganzen Ort zu essen, da alle Restaurants geschlossen, Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption wenig hilfsbereit. Obwohl Frühstück aufgrund frühem Flug für 7:30 bestellt und versprochen, war niemand da. Der sehr hilfsbereite Security Mitarbeiter hat uns Kaffee/Tee und Bananen gebracht.
