“Cute traditional Italian hotel with super friendly staff. Pool really nice with warm water. Good supermarket next door. And it was so nice to have breakfast at the terrace. Beds were a bit hard and kids metallic bunk bed clacked at night. Soundproof was weak so you hear everything from the corridor and upstairs. But overall we had good time here!”

“I drive from Siena for a long way to expect the romantic trip. I choose the most beautiful pic on hotels.com. BUT it's really a nightmare to choose this hotel. I booked four star hotel but all I can stay is "only the room". I have to check in and eat breakfast in another hotel which is far away from 10 minutes walk. After eating, I have to walk back cause the HOT spots is near the hotel where I originally booked. OMG! It's really cold outside. The shower water was about 25-30 degree and the……

“The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were a little strangely configured but decent enough. Our only complaint is the shower was not clean. Mold and buildup.
