“Thank you Morrena Team, Denise and her team have given us a very warmth hospitality during our stay. The room is clean and comfortable. They provide lunch box and dinner service which is very convenient for us to do a day of Torres de Paine without hunger. We checked in late at almost 11pm due to lago grey excursion and got the tier problem. Denise gave us informative details for solving our problems next day. We had a pleasant stay in Morrena. Highly recommended for those who want to……

“We booked Grey III navigation from Refugio Grey back to Hotel Lago Grey. However, the ferry was cancelled without any notice. We need to purchase an expensive WiFi package in Refugio Grey in order to WhatsApp the hotel for the information. The sudden cancellation of the ferry without any early notice made so much trouble that we needed to rush back to Refugio Paine Grande for another ferry to Pudeto then caught the shuttle of hotel. From Refugio Grey to Paine Grande, it was a 11km hike! Such……

“We had a pleasant stay. Rio Serrano +spa hotel has provided a very luxurious experience during our stay. Staff are friendly and nice. ”

“方便及舒適”

“Very close to Torres del Paine and excellent views from hotel and rooms. The breakfast was awesome. Staff always willing to help. Lunch box a little bit expensive but very good food.”

“Our stay at Geikie lodge was terrific. Staff was very welcoming and informative. Dinners were delicious with great service. Carlos was the best. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing place in the entrance of the National Park, very comfortable room and a fantastic buffet style dinner in a beautiful, wood dinner room.”

“The place was perfect for what we needed. A quiet place to sleep for a night and close enough to Torres del Paine NP, we could return early in the morning. The room felt cold, but the warm comfy bed and blankets kept us warm at night. We slept well! The breakfast was more than enough and the staff was nice.”

“Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal. This place was a perfect option as it was full board so they provided an excellent local and high end meal for dinner and very good breakfast. We had to go early so they made us a packed breakfast and you also get a packed lunch. The quality of domes was excellent and do body. Staff were excellent and only negative……

“Very nice staff. Have restaurant within hotel and still service in late evening - this is great considering you finish day tour to Torres del Paine and still have big dinner.”

“絕美夜景飯店”

“The staff was extremely helpful and were super nice, very clean, a bit backwards in term of charging points to cell phones , internet wifi excellent !maintenance of the property was lacking , broken windows, 110 electrical plug not working , pool not working and no notice on the website,”

“Awesome hotel”

“We had a pleasant stay in Bories house. It’s a cozy place to stay. It’s our first time visiting Patagonia and we have not much concept how to explore the national park. Carlos is very nice and gave me some good and useful advice. I am grateful for that. The room is clean. We had good sleep during our stay🙂”
