Cet hébergement ne joue pas dans la même catégorie que les autres. Il propose une réelle expérience inoubliable, dormir en pleine nature avec tout le confort. J’ai fait la surprise à ma femme, elle avait des étoiles dans les yeux une fois rentré dans la chambre. Ne passez pas à côté !

What I thought was going to be the highlight of my trip to Capitol Reef ended up being one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. I decided to splurge on this place for my one night there and had very high expectations. I drove several hours to get there, and arrived in the evening just before it got dark. When I got to the property, there was nobody around, no obvious way to check in, and no instructions anywhere. I was a bit confused on what to do and coincidentally ran into a couple from Germany who were just as confused as I was. Apparently guests are supposed to receive check-in instructions beforehand, but I never received anything of the sort. To make matters worse, there was basically no cell reception and no Wi-Fi. I couldn't call, message, or look anything up. I ended up having to drive 30min back down the highway just to get enough signal to call and use the internet. I called the property multiple times and sent messages through Expedia. Nothing. No answer. No callback. No response. I then contacted Expedia, and even they couldn't get ahold of the property. After spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out what to do, I gave up and booked Capitol Reef Resort. Here's the really crazy part: a few days later Expedia told me they still had not been able to reach the property, and because of that I was told I couldn't get a refund. What a nightmare of an experience. Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to risk ruining your trip.

Unique property with secluded location and amazing views. Perfect stopping point for Utah National Park trip. Close to Capital Reef, Moonscape Overlook, and Bentonite Hills. Very modern and new furnishings. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

We were a little worried with the communication leading up to our arrival, it is obviously coming from a service that doesn’t have clear English skills. We received messages that were not clear about how to access the property. We texted/emailed back and forth with the company and finally got it figured out. The property is beautiful, the units are adorable and have a high end appeal. The views are wonderful. I would recommend a cart of some sort to lug your stuff back and forth, we have been traveling for two weeks and our luggage is heavy to carry across the grounds to our unit. We made dinner with the microwave and one burner stove, it was a fun glamping experience. It’s a new property-I am sure things are still getting dialed in.
