Welcome to the beachfront apartment in l'Estartit!



This stunning apartment on the eighth floor offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. With a capacity for 4 people, it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing seaside vacation.



The apartment features a bright living/dining room where you can comfortably unwind after a day at the beach. Additionally, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet (separate), and sink.



The building has an elevator that goes up to the seventh floor, allowing easy access to the apartment on the eighth floor. You can also enjoy a spacious terrace with furniture, ideal for outdoor relaxation and taking in the breathtaking sea views.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils. You can prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the dining area or on the terrace overlooking the sea.



The location of this apartment is simply exceptional. It is situated on the beachfront, just 25 meters from the sandy beach and a short walk from the supermarket. Moreover, the town center is only 500 meters away, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.



The rental price includes bed sheets, and if desired, you can add towels to your reservation for an additional cost of €5 per person. If needed, internet access can be arranged by the agency for an additional fee of 10€/day, subject to availability.

Matelas et banquette salon en très mauvais état. À notre arrivée le ménage sous les n’avait pas été fait depuis longtemps!! La télévision ne fonctionne pas, le câble antenne arraché.
