“Clean, nice neighborhood, private”

“Check in and check out very easy. Beautiful outside area with a grill and hot tub. What impressed us most was how clean the property is. Dixie is very sweet and responds to every question promptly. Will definitely stay again!”

“Spent most of our time attending Spring Training games. One suggestion, but maybe I couldn't find it, was to have a plunger available in case of toilet plugging up. We did need one, not for the toilets, but for the side bathroom shower. Drain in shower stopped up to the point, we were standing in at least 3-4" of bath water.”

“It is as shown. Washing dishes by hand is not the best for sanitation for the next guests. I would suggest a mini dishwasher. This apt is located on the lower level of a private home. Beautiful landscaping.”

“The property was up-dtated and very well appointed for an older rental neighbourhood. It was very well set up with every piece of equipment that you would need for a long stay if you wanted to cook for yourself which we took advantage off for the whole week we were there. If you have friends in the nearby snow bird communities it is very convenient. The only two negatives we experienced were the lack of sunlight because it was a rear facing alley unit of a four flex with only three windows and……

“I had a business trip where I just needed a place to rest my head at night. The room was clean and cozy. This place was ideal to stay at due to location and price. It is exactly how described. As long as you don't mind a little noise here and there throughout the night this place is perfect. I would say no more noise than staying at a hotel.”

“This property was as described. Was very clean & nice. It is very small but worked for us. Shower was extremely small. Larger people would struggle with it I believe. Bed was comfortable - appliances great and host responded very quickly. Close to many restaurants - walking distance and shopping. Would have enjoyed outdoor chairs that had cushions - chairs did not have any cushions & back of chairs were very uncomfortable. A nicer outdoor area would help this location to enjoy Arizona's nice……

“Clean, well stocked with a beautiful pool, quiet gated community.”

“The house is big and beautiful on the inside. Lots of room to kick back and play pool or watch tv. The outside area is a little small for a celebration but the pool was nice. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and the best part is Sydney. We had a few small problems early on, but she responded quickly and things were taken care of. Fun stay”
