Comfortable holiday home in the historic center of Tortolì, 4.7 kilometers from the sea (lido di Orrì), in a quiet private road with parking.
A few steps from the main course of the village, from the market square and all the main services.
On two floors, it consists of three double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, private outdoor courtyard with barbecue, double terrace above.
Of ancient characteristic construction, particularly cool in summer, equipped with modern comforts (washing machine, dishwasher), entirely new furniture and accessories, washing machine, dishwasher, second outdoor shower.
Partially equipped with air conditioning.
Ideal for families with children.

The Gulf of Orosei can be reached by tourist boat from Arbatax or trekking from Baunei.
4.5 kilometers from the port of Arbatax, 1 hour and a half by car from Cagliari, 2 hours from Olbia, Tortolì is also an excellent base for trekking in the Ogliastra and Barbagia area, as well as the train station green of Sardinia.

Sehr gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Küche und Bad neu. Gute Basis für Ausflüge ans Meer oder in die Berge. Reibungslose Kommunikation mit Rebecca. Haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Una casa fantastica!
La casa di Rebecca è comoda e accogliente, il luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante.
Dalla terrazza si gode di un tramonto meraviglioso o del cielo stellato di notte mentre nel giardino al pianoterra si possono organizzare colazioni e pranzi all'ombra.
La casa è perfettamente attrezzata, tutti i letti/materassi/cuscini sono nuovissimi così come gli attrezzi della cucina.
I 2 bagni sono comodissimi, uno all'interno e uno all'esterno, molto comodo per una doccia veloce quando si torna dal mare.
Tortolì è un paesino delizioso, in pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono bellissime spiagge dalle acque cristalline.
A due passi dalla casa, poi, sul Corso, c'è una pescheria fantastica: pesce freschissimo ogni giorno (a prezzi supereconomici) da cucinare nel comodissimo barbecue in giardino.
Tornerò sicuramente in questa casetta!

POSIZIONE TRANQUILLA MA CENTRALE
La casa è situata in una posizione tranquilla ma centrale (a pochi passi dal centro di Tortolì) - Il Sig. Salvatore (referente della proprietaria) che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo è stato puntuale, disponibile e molto gentile. Anche la proprietaria tramite dei messaggi è stata presente!
Sicuramente l'abitazione ha ancora dei lavori da fare (ma nulla di così importante che ci abbia creato problemi)
Non è provvista di TV (non che in vacanza uno stia tanto in casa ma sicuramente con due bambini se ci fosse stata sarebbe stato meglio!!)
Comodo il posto auto davanti all'abitazione, l'unica pecca è, dato che è presente sempre un altra macchina, parcheggiare se si ha un'autovettura un po' grande come la nostra!
Se dovessi tornare mi porterei i cuscini da casa!!!
Nel complesso è stata una bella vacanza anche perché l'Ogliastra è MAGNIFICA!!!
