"Es ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, das leider in die Jahre gekommen ist und wenig gemacht wurde. Es macht schon einen schlechten Eindruck wenn die frühere Beleuchtung im Garten herum liegt. So manches ist ein bisschen defekt. Im Kühlschrank ist es die Lampe. Die Türen lassen sich schwer öffnen. Die Duschbrause ist zu kurz oder falsch installiert. In der erstem Woche war ein extremer Fäkaliengeruch im Bad, bis die Grube gezogen wurde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter über die App ist...

"We rented both villas, both had everything that we could need. Villas are a little way from the larger supermarkets. Taxi' s were good. Car hire would be a must. Jospeh was fantastic with all our enquires before our stay and during. Maintenance team were very fast in responding when light bulbs needed changing. Pools were clean. Could not fault these villas."

"The house is within a walking distance from Begur. Nature is near by and the beach is a few kilometers away. Living room and bed rooms are good, the kitchen needs a little update."

"Pros: The house had everything we needed and more, with all the facilities as shown in the pictures and plenty of space inside and outside. Was very clean and tidy on arrival. Marcelo the host was great, easy communication before arriving, friendly, helpful during the stay with recommendations of places to eat, taxis etc and flexible with check out times. Cons: Nothing wrong in regards to the villa, but no local shop so need to plan trips ahead for food/drink. Didn’t cause us any problems...

"Très bel emplacement, à 5mns à pied du supermarché, et à 30mns de la plage à pied. Environnement très calme. Maison propre et possibilité de garer 2 véhicules à l'intérieur de la propriété. Côté équipement, une bouilloire électrique serait peut-être à prévoir, ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux et un fer à repasser. Très bon contact avec l'agence immobilière, par ailleurs."

This big Villa is very comfortable and has air conditioning throughout much appreciated in the hot summer and offers everything you need! "Pros: We were 2 families visiting the Villa Kristi during summer 2019 and had an absolutely lovely stay. The house was exactly as per the pictures and with a high quality. Although the bedroom in the entrance was without AC we managed with using all the other 4 bedrooms with AC. The pool was great and kids (& adults) loved it👍. Overall a great holiday home for family holidays."
