「The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. The hotel was just few minutes walk to the supermarket and 10-20 min walk to the CBD and the University of Auckland. I found this...

「圖片參考參考就好 環形建築但只有一部電梯，推行李不甚方便 接待大廳沒有冷氣、 室內微潮濕， 室外氣溫20度，客房冷氣調10度，吹2hr吹不冷，最後半夜被冷醒 客房空間寬敞 接待人員態度OK 附免費停車 距離機場10-15分鐘，很近」

「The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate with a hot shower and comfortable bed. The room also had coffee making facilities, ironing board and bar fridge. Would definitely stay again! 」

「乾淨，床及枕頭舒服。有２瓶免費飲用水．有ＵＳＢ插座，方便客人义电，不用加adaptor.我们早上9:00到，獲early check in.門外有skybus去机場。在Queen street,食嘢及買嘢方便。附近有巴士站去市内各旅遊点。行去碼頭坐船約1５分鐘。浴室內花灑頭太大太重，一路冲涼－路掉下來，好不方便。」

「The design of the washroom is unsatisfactory. The shower curtain does not extend to the floor, and the washroom is very wet after shower. As the hotel does not make up room everyday, the washroom condition is quite untidy. 」

「It was an easy stay with free transportation to airport in the early hours. Had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Even managed a cup of tea before I caught the 4am shuttle. The only thing I would change would be to have black out curtains. Thank you」

「Thoughtful hospitality」

「Very Good. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. I stayed two nights there on different days. Queen bed room is better than twin bed bedroom. The twin bed room is very small and narrow and no place to put stuff, while bathroom is comparatively too big. If you want to use microwave, you have to unplug the water kettle and switch it for microwave .」
