Cocoonr Agency offers you this tastefully equipped 20 m² studio for rent in the heart of Toulouse, to welcome you in the best conditions. Discover this studio with hotel-style amenities for your tourist or business stays. Its location is ideal for visiting the city on foot or for accessing public transport, making it easy to get around. The main tourist attractions are just a few minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area.

The layout of the apartment is as follows
- A living/bedding area with a queen-size bed (160x200), for which we provide bed linen, bath towels and household linen. A flat-screen TV, a closet, a sitting area with armchair and coffee table, and a work desk.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, etc.) and dining area for two.
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and toilet. A hairdryer is at your disposal as well as ironing equipment.

- Welcome kit:
On your arrival, you'll find a small welcome kit in the apartment, including a few coffee pods and tea bags for your first breakfast, shower gel/shampoo and kitchen condiments.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specializing in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.
