Very walkable and convenient location. Felt like we were locals. Was a bit difficult for Ubers / taxis to locate on a map, just because it was tucked away on a side street, but no big deal. Everything was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was nice when we got there, but instructions for getting in should have been clearer. Also, shower drains into bathroom unless you keep the pressure low. Location and kitchen amenities were great.

Nice spacious suite in a great location. Lots of great restaurants, cafes and places to sit and have a glass of wine. All key sights are in the area. As it is an apartment hotel, make sure to read the details. We arrived after 7pm and had to pay a Eur30 fee to self serve our way to the suite. We stayed for 3 days. Towel change with a fee.

Mathilde was extremely helpful during our entire (albeit short) stay. My partner had difficulty with the stairs due to a recent operation and Mathilde was able to give us a room with easier access. Without being asked. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved this property but be aware not all rooms have A/C even though the Expedia hotel home page says the hotel does have A/C. We stayed in the Valerie room in July and only had a fan. We were very disappointed. Beautiful room and very comfortable but no A/C.

Very cool. Walked up a castle like medieval staircase to the modernized room. Cook top microwave big fridge dishwasher. This could be an apartment to live in for a while. Environs tres chique. Beaucoup de magasins à la mode. There was an especially mignon café de thé avec des chats. Merveilleuse.

Very nice apartment located in the city centre. Location cannot be beat and was within walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff who helped with any questions we had. The apartment itself was modern and very clean. However, the one we had in particular had a loft. The bedroom and shower was upstairs and the toilet was downstairs. Our stay was a short one so it was fine but if it were for a long stay, the apartment is not practical in our opinion. Good wifi and smart tv with all the apps one could need. The small cafe serves good coffee and small pastries which was perfect one rainy morning when we didn’t want to venture out.

The location was great, and the appartment was well-appointed and clean. However, it was a hot day, and although the air conditioning unit kept the downstairs (living area and kitchen) cool, the bedroom remained hot all night. I couldn't sleep up there. By about 2:00 am, I chose to sleep on the loveseat downstairs, although I did not fit! This was the only drawback of the apartment. We would have loved it (and given 5 stars) on a cooler day.

Amazing place, fantastic staff

Fantastic and charming place in the very heart of Toulouse. Great adjustment of a historical building. Staff is the nicest, super friendly. Great to come home through a medieval tower!

Amazing venue that transports you back to the middle ages, with it's stone courtyard and towers. The property manager was brilliant, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. 100% would stay again!

Très belle découverte

L'emplacement est idéal (à quelques pas du Capitole), dans un quartier très agréable et bien animé. La résidence est vraiment très jolie. Le cadre est magnifique. En montant les escaliers d ela tour pour rejoindre l'appartement, il y avait toujours cette impression d'être dans un lieu unique ! L'appartement était aussi très bien : bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. Il manquait juste quelques placards pour ranger les provisions. Un point à améliorer : la communication. J'aurais aimé avoir qu'il y avait un supplément à payer pour une arrivée tardive (pas clairement indiqué sur hotels.com). Et le départ tardif n'avait pas été communiqué à la femme de ménage qui est rentrée dans notre appartement, alors que nous y étions encore. Mais ça reste une résidence à conseiller et à renouveler !!

Passez votre route, amateurisme de l’hébergement!

Chauffage très bruyant et pas efficace. Il semblerait que tout ait été refait mais tout a est a refaire, finition indigentes loin de ce que reflètent les photos. Escaliers dangeureux, hauteur sous plafond très bas au point de se cogner. L'appartement « charlotte » est à bannir. Le bâtiment est magnifique, mais la prestation hôtelière est déplorable.
