Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication
The view and terrace Over the Garrone River were fantastic. However the interior really could use some TLC. Needs patching all the holes in the walls, needs to be painted, looks kind of shabby. Kitchen and washing room are nice, but the pans are Ikea and old and warped and need to be replaced. It's dangerous to your health to use non-stick Ikea cookware that is gouged and warped.
Perhaps the real name is IKEA on the River. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING inside is from Ikea-- the furniture, the beds, the confit 'artwork', the linens and towels and blankets, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc etc etc is old Ikea stuff.
However the views of the river almost make up for that.
Finally, communication was not good. We could never find the trash room; no one met us to check in when we arrived so had to pay for a hotel room; we didn't know that we needed to use a code to use the elevator until a neighbor told us, and it was very cold with no heat. I could go on...
The management company should have at least provided some portable heaters.
This apartment could be fabulous with some updating and improved communication.
