Very nice property and managers

This was a lovely apartment. Location was A+, with walking distance to numerous restaurants. The only concern for us was three flights of spiral stairs- carrying suitcases for older folks was difficult. The managers are extremely friendly and helpful, and the apartment had anything one could possibly need!

Good location for a short stay in Tours.

Location of apartment was very good for visiting Tours. Parking near the apartment was a bit challenging as spots fill up quickly. Comfortable bed but apartment is basically an attic so it was quite warm, wouldn't recommend for summertime. Quite a few stairs to navigate which was difficult with luggage.

The friendliest appt in Tours

The appartment is situated just outside the old quarters of Tours, so very close to the lively part but just off the main roads so it's been very quiet, esp. during the night. It's on the 3rd floor, just under the roof. There's no escalator but that hasn't been a problem at all. The appt is extremely weĺl equipped, both with kitchen utensils as well as some food like pasta, rice, spices, etc (you are asked to re-stock). On top of all these positive amenities ranks the friendliness of the hosts. Never before did we have such a warm welcome. Thank you Laure and Jean-Jaques.

Petit appartement très agréable pour un couple.

Petit appartement bien situé, très propre et bien équipé, qui est idéal pour un jeune couple. Mais, attention, situé au dernier étage de l'immeuble, sous le toit, il peut devenir une petite fournaise l'été, quand la chaleur s'installe (pas de climatisation).

Parlement bien situé près des halles deTours et du vieux tours, bord de Loire pour balade à pied.
