“We were meeting relatives from several different states. They all stayed at Letchworth State Park in rustic cabins, tents and trailers. We wanted accommodations that were a step up and were quite delighted with this property. Since it was so hot, we thoroughly enjoyed the A/C and also were very happy with the wifi! The cottage had everything we needed. A restaurant was within walking distance.”

“The location was very nice being close to everything . It was kept clean. Definitely not toddler or baby friendly with all of the floor decorations throughout and stairs to get up and into the unit but we made it work. We did cook a couple times which worked out well for what was supplied to cook with. The third bedroom is only a twin blow up mattress not a queen futon . Overall would definitely stay again ”

“Excellent cottage. Nice and cool inside to get out of heat. Great deck to get some sun. Great location if you are in Houghton area for the college. We came to see the Genesse Rapids Summer college baseball team play. ”
