「Stayed in Cottage 5 and it was great for my adult chilren and my 95 year old mother. Only thing I'd change is the date to visit. 4th of July was really loud with fireworks from a neighboring resort. Other than that the lake was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the amenities.」

「This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

「We enjoyed our stay. The host was awesome and even called to see if we had any questions before our stay. The only thing that caught us off guard was there is not central AC, it was two window units. Just something to know incase you are like us and like a cool/cold house. Other than that everything was awesome! Beautiful property to enjoy time on the lake! 」

「We had a great time in Sylvan Beach. The house was great. Perfect location near beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream, amusement park, pretty much everything was within a 5 minute walk. The house was very clean and perfect for our two families (4 kids under 4). Great space and had all the amenities we needed (even beach accessories - chairs, tubes, toys, floaties). Annette was very responsive and checked in mid-trip to see if we needed anything. Overall 10/10 and we would definitely stay here...

「Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. 」

Just perfect!!!! Property is a new resort area with lots to do including use of a pontoon boat for your stay! House was beautiful, clean and has everything!」
