“A picture paints a thousand words., which is why we chose this house. BIG mistake.On arrival the lawn hadn’t been watered for a long time. The lawn was an overgrown mass of weeds. Once inside it ‘appeared’ fairly good. Once back from our lunch the negatives started poking their heads out.First was one of the dining chairs appeared to be stained. Like someone had wet their pants and just sat there. (Dining chairs were material covered). Second was the Bathroom ceiling was falling down AND mouldy.……
