「House was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was perfect size for three adults to have their own rooms. The view of the lake from the sunroom and primary bedroom was gorgeous. The short walk across the road to the direct lake access was super convenient.」

The property location is convenient for exploring multiple fun areas and activities in North western PA and South western NY balanced with the house providing an accomodating experience. It's difficult to find a vacation rental that offers it all, so having waterfront access with kayaks, a firepit, and a hot tub helped make for a wonderful vacation 」

「The place was perfect for what we were looking for. We considered this a camping trip on the lake with easy lake access by boat, so it more than satisfied our needs. Unfortunately, our boat was too large (28’ Sea Ray) to fit down Goose Creek channel, but the location was right next to Asheville Bay Marina, so we rented a slip there for the weekend.
