“We had a great stay, in spite of the power going out from a storm and a boil water alert in Fredonia.Our host let us know when the issues came up- we were out visiting family when both occurred. We were very grateful to be alerting to the boil water order as we were not plugged into local news.Many thanks for the hospitality and looking out for our family!”

“Fabulous cottage for both adults and children. It is clean and stocked well with everything you need. Plenty of fans for the hotter days and lots of space to play outside in the yard or in the water. There is a little roadside fruit stand/market near to restock on local produce, eggs, and more. Anything you could want to do is either a short drive or boat ride. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.”

“House was perfect for a group of 30-year-olds. Lots to do and loved the access to kayaks. Fire pit was ready to go so all we had to do was light it - a nice gesture on the part of the owner. Queen bed was very comfortable. ”

It was extremely spacious which gave us all space to comfortably spread out after a long day on the lake. Would love to stay again!”

“Our host, Joshua, was quick to respond to our questions. The property itself has unbelievable views out of every window- even saw a white spotted young fawn! Truly is a beautiful old house. You can see the care and consideration Josh and his wife put into renovating the home. The ladies all found their bedrooms to be very comfortable. We truly enjoyed ourselves and had plenty of room to relax in the spacious kitchen, dining room and the family room. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here right on Lake Erie. As we enjoyed our morning coffee, mama deer and babies were playing around the pond. In The evening brought out the black squirrels chasing each other. The amenities was well thought out and included spices, quality hair product and bath wash. It even has beach supplies in a plastic tote, large beach towels and toys for kid to play in the sand. They even have folding chairs. Barcelona is where my husband grew up, and it was so nice to celebrate his……
