“We had a great stay! The house was very well taken care of. The hot tub was large and very clean, and we loved the fire pit right on the lake. We would love to stay here again in the future.”

“Great cottage near the southern tip of Otisco lake, it's a little south of the causeway that divides the lake so there are generally calmer waters. We had some problems with bees the first night or two, but once we figured out where they were coming from, the owners were very responsive and got an exterminator out right away. Turns out the buggers were actually in the wall, behind the siding, but they were taken care of. Overall a great place that was just right for 5 of us. One thing to note is……

“This is a fabulous getaway location! The house is large, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved all the amenities - the lake and kayaks, hot tub, game room with big screen tv and lots of seating. We didn't use the sauna but thought that was cool too. Beds were comfortable and all rooms have ceiling fans and A/C. The location is great as well - it is on a peacefully quiet road, and conveniently located 20 minutes to either Cortland or Ithica and only an hour from Syracuse.The host……

“We absolutely loved our stay at West Lake Farm. The house was exceptional. Big living and kitchen space for the family to gather and the bedrooms were all so nice with very comfortable beds/ their own bathrooms! The property is gorgeous with breathtaking views. It was great for the kids to run around. The lake access is a bit of a walk or a very short drive, which made for fun lake days. Like other reviews mentioned, the walk/stairs down to the lake probably isn’t best for small children or……

“It was the perfect spot for our October family gathering. Unfortunately, the lake was on the dry side so those who kayak were a bit disappointed. No fault of the host. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Highly recommend!”
