“Beautiful views out back”

“Our family spent a wonderful week at Rustic Lodge. The expansive waterfront deck was the place to be during the very hot week. Upon arrival we discovered plenty of storage and refrigerator space. The rooms were larger than they appeared in the property photos. We all loved the Adirondak feel of the Lodge and look forward to returning next summer.”

“We really enjoyed our stay — the house was beautiful, spotless, and well maintained. The view was stunning, and we loved all of the activities available nearby. It was a great place to relax and unwind.The host was fantastic. He responded very quickly and kindly accommodated both an early check in, and late check out for us at no additional cost. The only downside was that the loose dog from the neighboring cabin kept coming onto our property throughout the stay and reacting negatively towards……

“The cabin was exactly what we were looking for during our Fall stay for rest and relaxing. The views every morning and evening were gorgeous. We love that the cabin is pet friendly so our dogs could join us for the week. We used the hot tub almost every evening to watch the sunset which were amazing. The amenities were outstanding which included use of the pontoon boat. There are also a few trails that you can walk to without having to get into your car. Our favorite was the Trout Trail……

“This is a very nice property with more positives than negatives.I'll put the negatives first: No curtains on windows other than in the bedrooms/bathroom. This one seems kind of odd, but there is no way to cover the windows in the kitchen, dining room, or living room (which faces the lake). This combined with slightly close neighbors means that the lights they leave on or conversations can be seen and heard. I could not get the side door to lock. “Property was even better than expected! Exactly what my family was hoping for. We had a great time fishing, boating and relaxing by the fire, with an amazing view. Property was clean and had the all the necessities we needed. Owners were kind and accommodating. We will be booking again for next year! ”

“The room was pretty gross. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Not like someone had just been smoking in there, but like it had years of smoking and it’s embedded in everything. Walking through the property you can tell it’s not well cared for. They painted the walls in sections but there was excess paint on all door jams and signs. It’s like someone painted who had no skill and got paint everywhere. The front desk staff was nice enough though. The breakfast was sub par at best. The……

“The location is excellent but I was disappointed with the accommodation. . The room was dated the upstairs sleeping area was up stairs that were steep . There was no escape if there ever was a fire. They advertised cream and milk in the rooms no cream there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms we had to figure out the Tv as it wasn't hooked up and ”
