「This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

The only thing that caught us off guard was there is not central AC, it was two window units. Just something to know incase you are like us and like a cool/cold house. Other than that everything was awesome! Beautiful property to enjoy time on the lake! 」

「Comments: We spent 5 nights in this spacious home. It is located right next to many attractions in Sylvan Beach. Its on a dead end street so no vehicle or pedestrian traffic. The HVAC system is awesome. It was hot outside but very comfortable inside. I had family staying nearby in a different house and their HVAC didn't work very well. We lost power sometime during a storm and there was no disruption of anything electrical inside. The only way I knew we lost power was because the generator...
